The 20 Sexiest Beach Bodies of 2015

2015 was the year of sun, beaches and teeny-weeny bikinis! Summer or spring, winter or fall, celebrities have the luxury of traveling to numerous beautiful locations both for business and for pleasure. As much as we love gawking at celebrities walking the red carpet, we also enjoy seeing them strip down to a bathing suit and relax on the beach.
Celebrities know that if they are spending a day at the beach, chances are paparazzi will be there, so they tend to look good even on their off days.  Whether they are on the beaches of Greece or soaking up the sun in Malibu, a lot of celebrities consider themselves beach bums and enjoy staying active with the sand between their toes.
Being a celebrity has a lot to do with being in the public eye and society unfortunately puts a lot of emphasis on the way these celebrities look. The following 20 women promote a healthy lifestyle and their bodies are not scary skinny, but healthy. Curves or no curves, all different bodies are beautiful and the following 20 women have 20 different body types and all of them rock what they have.
Big or small, old or young, these 20 women take a lot of pride in their appearance and their hard work is shown through their killer bodies.

20. Kourtney Kardashian

This mother of three is killing it right now. Between her sense of fashion and her stunning figure she is looking better than ever. Perhaps it’s her newly single life after breaking up with The Lord, Scott Disick, that is making her look so hot. Whatever it is she should keep doing it. In the summer of 2015, she was spotted in St. Barts with her family and she looked the best she has ever looked. Kourtney has been sticking to a fairly strict fitness routine after having her third child and it is working for her. Her flat stomach and killer toned legs prove that the eldest of the Kardashian Klan has still “got it.” The 33-year-old looks amazing and we hope she keeps it up!

How to Attract Men - The Best Ways to Get His Attention

If you have trouble attracting men and getting a date, you may be unknowingly sending vibes that push men away. Men think differently than women, so you have to understand how the male psyche works in order to get his attention. Know what to do to grab his attention.
STEP 1
Play hard to get. The worst thing you can do is to smother a guy or appear desperate. Men are attracted to the thrill of the chase, so if you're chasing after him, you're taking away the challenge. Keep it low-key and keep him on the edge of his seat. Maintain your composure. Your outward indifference may make him want you more.
STEP 2
Be mysterious. A huge part of attracting men is letting them figure you out. Don't talk his ear off about every detail of your life or your feelings. Carefully think about what you say and don't fill the conversation with idle gabbing. Also, don't make yourself available all the time. Allow him to wonder where you are and what you're doing.

Top 15 Richest Women in the World 2014

The year 2014 was a good year for many women around the world – according to Forbes, they have broken their own record from last year, rising to the number of 172 women on the Forbes list of World Billionaires. They are still taking up only 10% of the list, but in comparison with last year’s 138, we can see a great progress.

They are women from America, Germany, France, Switzerland, etc, and they all have one thing in common: money, and lots of it. Whether it is inherited (which is the case for most of them) or they made it on their own, one thing is certain – they are very good at keeping and even amassing their fortunes, along with being good mothers and wives.

These are the world’s 15 richest women in the last year, according to the Forbs’ list of World Billionaires :

1. Christy Walton

Ranking 6th on the overall billionaires list, we can say that Mrs. Walton knows her way with money. She inherited most of her wealth from her late husband John Walton, who died in a plane crash in 2005. His father, John Walton, was the founder of one of the world’s biggest retailers, Wal-Mart. With an amazing $42.1 billion, Christy shows she was not only able to pick a good family to marry into, but also to keep up the business when she was left a widow. Another source of Christy’s net worth is her 27% stake in the First Solar Company, which is worth around $1.8 Billion, making her the richest of the Waltons.

She is ranked as the highest female philanthropist according to the amount of money she gives as a percentage of her wealth. Between 2002 and 2006, when her estimated wealth was $16.3 billion, she gave a total of $3.5 billion to charity. She is well known for taking part in many non-profit organizations.

Apart from making and keeping her money, 60-year-old Mrs. Walton keeps a very private life in Jackson, Wyoming.

The Most Powerful Women in Busines

Nearly half the women on our list run huge companies—a record. And all are working hard to transform their businesses.
By Caroline Fairchild, Beth Kowitt, Colleen Leahey, and Anne VanderMey, with additional reporting by Michal Lev-Ram and Patricia Sellers
More CEOs, more industries, more power, more challenges. That’s the story of Fortune’s 2014 ranking of the 50 Most Powerful Women in Business, which features an all-time record of 24 large-company CEOs in its pages. Our women are leading—and in many cases pushing through difficult transformations—in heavy industries such as tech, energy, defense, and autos. Ginni Rometty, No. 1 for the third time running, continues to retool IBM. No. 2, Mary Barra, must fix General Motors from the inside out. And Marillyn Hewson, the CEO of Lockheed Martin and our fourth-ranked woman, is looking beyond defense for growth. Today eight of our top 10 MPW lead large industrial, tech, and consumer products companies.
It’s a long way from our original 1998 list, on which, we noted at the time, most members “came from industries with a premium on creativity,” such as advertising, media, and publishing, with “no top women at blue-chip firms.” Creativity is still a requirement for success, of course, but you no longer have to work in a “creative” industry to advance as a woman. Another common denominator is change: Seven of our top 50 were named to their jobs in the past year, and nine are newcomers to the list. That suggests more turnover at the upper echelons of business—which, it’s fair to say, is a very good thing for a whole lot of powerful women. —Jennifer Reingold

Rometty three-peats as No. 1, even though IBM’s revenue declined for the second consecutive year, falling 5% to $99.8 billion in fiscal 2013. But her strategy of investing in new technologies is showing results : In nonlegacy areas like mobile and cloud services, revenue rose 69% for each division last year. Rometty has also signed strategic partnerships, such as a deal with Apple to provide IBM’s services on the iOS platform. And in October, IBM will move its newly formed Watson business group to a new building in downtown Manhattan. Rometty has also pledged to invest $1 billion in the development and commercialization of the cognitive computing system, another future growth area for the company.

25 Hottest Women of Business

For many, the word “businessperson” connotes men in white shirts and stranglehold neckties. That stereotype may have held true in the 1950s, but since then, the appearance factor of the business world has evolved substantially.
Take women. Hot women have always populated the business world in some shape or form. We tasked ourselves with compiling a list of the hottest businesswomen we could think of, for your viewing pleasure. These women are accomplished both in the business and the looks departments. Dress with Class (on a Budget)

The best way to dress to impress when your spending plan isn’t as big as you’d like, is to do what the successful, wealthy woman does.
Sounds counter-intuitive, doesn't it?
You may be envisioning her sashaying down Via dei Condotti in Rome or Fifth Avenue in New York on a spending spree. Yes, some women do that, but the majority chooses style over fashion. This is what the timeless, classy woman does. This is what the smart woman does.
Here are a few tips to have a classy, polished and rich look on any spending plan:
1. Always choose quality over quantity.
This is the most important concept to learn about dressing well. No matter what your spending plan, you should invest in articles that are well-made and not trendy.
Buying 10 dresses that fit poorly or will be dated by the end of the year is a huge waste of your investment. It is better to invest in two or three well-fitting, timeless dresses that will last 5 – even 10 years. Not only is this a better investment of your money, but the dress is more likely to fit you better and thus make a better impression.
